Minutes of my meeting with Marci Birthisel on March 20,2017.
There are two dead trees near the community pool. One of the dead trees is located near the gate access to the pool. This is dead tree that had a branch break off that has been removed. What is the completion date for the total removal, to include the stump?
Replacement for dead tree one. What is the size and type of the tree to be provided? When will a flower bed and related sprinkler system be installed?
The second dead tree is placed inside the community pool area. What is the completion date for the total removal, to include the stump?

Monarch Pool will begin the pool remediation work on April 4th. The remediation work is scheduled to be completed with five to seven working days.
How will the “pool committee” be informed to inspect the completed remediation?
The city street light at the intersection of Reston Falls and Franz Road was reported for repair by Marci later March 20th.

Finance and Operational Cost Management.

We discussed the concept of the Falls of Green Meadows residents beginning to prepare for acceptance of the homeowner of the HOA. I see this is a two-point initiative. First, the residents will need a finance committee to review the monthly financials to understand the dynamics of operations and cost management. Brian at Friendswood has been opposed to this concept of the residents having a finance committee with such responsibilities. Secondly, I believe the residents need to become engage in the Harris Waller Mud 2. This engagement can that the form of attending monthly board meeting and seek election to the board of directors.
