I spoke with the Center Point guy who was here today. He confirmed that the amenity electricity is off for non-payment (again). He explained that some things are on and some are off because each fountain and sign is on its own meter. FirstService Residential paid some of the bills but not all of them.
When I had asked FirstService why the power was off again, they told me it was an electrical issue and we were waiting for an electrician. I asked for further detail but they didn't provide any.
