If you have paid you annual assessment, this notice does not apply. I posted this notice so all residents can see the effort the Falls of Green Meadows Board is taking to collect all assessments. This is extra effort that is not needed if the residents would pay their assessments. The Board is also actively pursuing, to include foreclosure actions to collect delinquent assessments. This notice was mailed on on Thursday to all appropriate residents.

Context for Letter

We are still receiving replies about this posting from residents who have paid for the year.

Please note that this site (.info) is run by homeowners, whereas we homeowners also pay a management company to run the HOA, including the .org site. The .org site is where you pay your HOA dues.

Chris Courter is one of our brand-new Board members and a CPA. He is diligently working to get the five-figures worth of money which specific homeowners owe the HOA in dues, but have not paid. He wanted to share with you that he is doing this. Many have interpreted this letter to mean they themselves are behind, and that is likely not the case.
