Context for Letter
We are still receiving replies about this posting from residents who have paid for the year.
Please note that this site (.info) is run by homeowners, whereas we homeowners also pay a management company to run the HOA, including the .org site. The .org site is where you pay your HOA dues.
Chris Courter is one of our brand-new Board members and a CPA. He is diligently working to get the five-figures worth of money which specific homeowners owe the HOA in dues, but have not paid. He wanted to share with you that he is doing this. Many have interpreted this letter to mean they themselves are behind, and that is likely not the case.
